This position is responsible for the coordination, supervision, and management of the total operation of ACT II, Dayspring’s Before and After Care program.

RESPONSIBILITES
Duties of this position include but are not limited to:
- Maintain ACT II program compliance with federal, state, and local licensing standards, grant requirements, and School policies/procedures across assigned campus(es).
- Establish and maintain a safe, clean environment for learners.
- Prepare and maintain current and accurate learner and bookkeeping records.
- Keep the campus Principal's updated as required. Communicate issues and concerns in a very timely manner.
- Supervise and evaluate staff within School guidelines.
- Train and coach staff as required.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, school staff, and learners.
- Plan, implement, and approve program curriculum/enrichment activities for children.
- Guide and supervise children.
- Maintain expenditures within the center budget.
- Administer the program’s collection procedures.
- Prepare, review, approve, and submit required documentation.
- Maintain a neat, clean, well-organized work area.
- Select equipment, toys, books, and other materials as needed.
- Promote the ACT II program within the school and in the community, utilizing social media, print materials, etc.
- Coordinate and support program operations across multiple campuses as assigned, ensuring consistency in program quality, compliance, and communication.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- All employees must be fingerprinted and pass a background screening process by the Clearinghouse.
- Associate's degree from an accredited institution which includes 12 semester hours in early childhood or elementary education or three-four (3-4) years of experience in child care.
- Meet all legal requirements for child care workers in the state of Florida.
- Satisfactory completion of American Red Cross First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) course for infants and toddlers.
- Supervision experience is a plus.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Require minimal supervision.
- Proven administrative experience.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- May be asked to work several nights and weekends by year.
