The Warehouse Repack Associate plays a key role in ensuring damaged products are properly repackaged and prepared for distribution. This position supports the overall warehouse operation by maintaining accuracy, quality, and efficiency in all repack activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. This position works primarily in a warehouse setting and may involve exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
This position is part-time. Schedule is M-W-F 10am-6pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repackage damaged product according to Company and customer specifications.
- Verify product quantities and expiration dates before and after repacking.
- Follow warehouse check-in procedures for labeling close-dated and out-of-code products.
- Maintain clean, organized and safe work areas at all times.
- Follow all safety, quality and warehouse procedures.
- Operate shrink wrap machines safely and efficiently.
- Perform housekeeping tasks as assigned.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to obtain Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification to safely operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack etc.)
- Basic math and reading skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Must follow all company policies and procedures and comply with state beverage regulations
Physical Requirements: This role requires regular standing, walking and reaching. Must be able to regularly lift and move products up to 150 pounds, as well as climb, reach, and perform other physical movements necessary to carry out the essential duties of the position. Work is performed in a warehouse environment where steel-toed footwear is required.
