This introductory period is designed, primarily, to give both the Company and the employee an opportunity to determine whether the employee will be able to adequately perform in the assigned job position. Requirements

Open availability is required. No special accommodations can be made or guaranteed. Crew schedules 

are determined by business needs therefore all schedules must be flexible. This position will be variable 

initially, thus changing schedule is a requirement of the job.

Physical Requirements:

Standing up to 8 hours during a shift

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Requires you to use the following motions: pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
