WHAT YOU'LL DO

General Managers provide the vision and leadership to all Crew, Shift Supervisors and Restaurant Managers to ensure that each customer's expectations are exceeded every visit and that the restaurant achieves or exceeds its business objectives every shift, every day.


General Managers:

Requirements

We’re looking for a dynamic, operations-focused General Manager to lead one of our Wendy’s restaurant locations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about leadership, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service, strong operational performance, and a People Excellence culture.


As a General Manager, you will oversee all restaurant operations, lead and develop your team, ensure compliance with food safety and operational standards, and drive both sales and profitability.


Additional Requirements

• 3–4 years of restaurant management or equivalent leadership experience.

• Strong knowledge of food safety procedures, restaurant operations, and P&L management.

• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams at all levels.

• Experience with recruiting, interviewing, training, and performance management.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Understanding of employment laws (federal, state, and local).

• Ability to stand for extended periods and travel locally as needed.

• College degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
