Responsibilities

• Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires using hand tools and power tools with precision and efficiency
• Perform wheel alignments to optimize vehicle handling and tire longevity
• Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes and basic inspections
• Diagnose tire-related issues and recommend appropriate solutions to customers
• Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks including brake checks, suspension assessments, and general repairs
• Use automotive diagnostics equipment to identify mechanical or electrical problems affecting tire performance
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions confidently

Requirements

 Skills

• Dealership experience or previous automotive repair background is highly preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and repairs
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes, alignments, and tire services
• Alignment experience preferred
• Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Sales aptitude to recommend additional services or products when appropriate
