$20.84 to $26.80 per hour


Meeting Street is currently looking for a per diem Physical Therapist Assistant.


Duties:

  • Assists registered/licensed physical therapist by providing information for the evaluation of functional capabilities of clients on assigned caseload.
  • Implements individual treatment programs addressing specific IEP goals with measurable outcomes under the guidance and direction of a registered/licensed physical therapist.
  • Maintains written documentation for treatment provided and communication with families in accordance with agency formats, in a professional manner, and in compliance with an established time frame.
  • Provides instruction and guidance to ensure that the clients’ goals are integrated into a comprehensive program.

Requirements

  • Associate of Science Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant field from PATA approved program.
  • Licensure as a physical therapist assistant from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health
  • Valid CPR and First Aid training.
