About the Role

Description

Summary:

Our Representatives will be responsible for providing friendly excellent service to every guest throughout the property. Assist guests with all inquiries and transactions. Responsible for conducting guest transactions in an accurate and efficient manner; including exchange of gaming instruments for cash and guest inquiries, maintain the cage cash summary, cage balance sheet, Title 31 MTL log and all paperwork. Responsible for conducting Kiosk cash fills, and ATM cash fills. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned)

  • Greet and welcome all guests in a pleasant and professional manner, including on the casino floor as scheduled.
  • Provide timely service in a friendly and courteous manner; respond to and resolve guest complaints when able.
  • Answer guest questions and be knowledgeable about property events and attractions.
  • Maintain accurate records for all guests, accounts, promotions, drawings, etc and be able to efficiently communicate same.
  • Participate and assist with events and promotions as needed.
  • Promote and enroll guests in Pioneer Crossing Casino’s rewards program.
  • Perform cash transactions of gaming and monetary instruments.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all data and guest information.
  • Maintain accuracy of both cash drawer and all paperwork involved in transactions. Maintain and supply property outlet banks.
  • Maintain cage shift cash summary and balance sheets.
  • Balance Main Bank within variance policy standards.
  • Maintain and Review Title 31 MTL log.
  • Serve as control for issue of sensitive keys.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.        



Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum six months previous guest service experience and cash handling experience, preferably in a casino. Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner; possess excellent guest relations and communication skills; possess good organizational skills and be detailed oriented, and be able to get along with coworkers and work as a team. Knowledge of Title 31 preferred. Representatives must possess basic math and computer skills including Excel, and 10-key by sight or touch. Representative must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. High school diploma or equivalent required.
