As a care partner, your primary responsibility is delivering personalized resident care for all our community members, which requires intimately knowing every resident and their unique needs.
Other primary responsibilities include:
- Assist residents with personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, using the bathroom and grooming
- Assist residents with mobility issues, including escort and transfer
- Assist residents with housekeeping, such making the bed and cleaning the kitchen and bathroom
- Consistently utilize eHR (electronic medical records) and other systems to ensure resident care is accurately tracked and delivered consistent with each resident’s care plan
- Observe residents for safety and report any change of condition or other pertinent information to Resident Services Director
Requirements
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED, preferred
- Experience interacting with and deeply relating to seniors
- Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work 2pm - 10:15pm, Sunday - Thursday
