This position is responsible for completing the routine scheduled maintenance and quality control on all vehicles through the Quick Lube Department. What You’ll Do:

• Fulfills maintenance needs on each vehicle
• Execute multi-point vehicle inspections and tire rotations
• Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements (oil, air, cabin)
• Completing top, middle, and bottom level services in line with dealership and factory standards
• Check and adjust tire pressure, lubricate moving vehicle parts
• Inspect vehicles for leaks or service issues and making maintenance recommendations based on MPI results
• Keep the shop area clean and organized
• Maintain accountability for dealership-owned tools and equipment
• Participating in all required Toyota and MMT training programs

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required; we will train the right person!
• Mechanical aptitude and a passion for automotive service
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Team player with effective communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, including bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. 
• A customer-focused approach with the ability to provide excellent service. 
• Strong attention to detail to ensure all work is performed correctly and safely. 
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
