Job Description
MISSION:
- Take part in finance operation to ensure all financial processes are efficient, organized and under control
- Participate in the monthly and quarterly closing process to deliver accurate and timely financial data for local and group reporting purpose.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure compliance with Thai accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Record and review accounting transactions for accuracy and adherence to principles and laws.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
- Prepare and submit tax reports (e.g., PP.30, PND.1, PND.3, PND.53) and reconcile tax accounts for the Revenue Department.
- Reconcile bank accounts, cash flows, and accounts receivable/payable.
- Maintain proper organization and completeness of accounting documentation.
- Record receipts and issue tax invoices/receipts for company transactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned for other countries under responsibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Experience in accounting, financial statement preparation, reporting, and monthly closing.
- Knowledge of Thai tax reporting (e.g., PND.1, PND.3, PND.53, PP.30) and ability to prepare related documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to communicate in Thai and English is a plus to speak with local government agencies and regional colleagues in Asia Pacific
- Strong understanding of core accounting principles and tax regulations.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Experience in accounting firms is an advantage.
