About the Role
<p>We are seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Attendant </p><h2> Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p>Perform daily cleaning tasks in all living areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, lounges, and outdoor spaces, to the highest hygiene and presentation standards.</p></li><li><p>Change bed linens, replenish towels and toiletries, and manage laundry to maintain a fresh and orderly environment.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all surfaces, floors, and furnishings are cleaned, polished, and well cared for, paying attention to sensitive materials and finishes.</p></li><li><p>Assist with the organisation of wardrobes, cupboards, and storage areas, maintaining careful order and efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the relevant manager or supervisor.</p></li><li><p>Support the team with setting up for events or guest arrivals as needed.</p></li><li><p>Maintain strict confidentiality and respect the privacy of villa residents and guests at all times.</p></li></ul><h3>Required Skills and Experience</h3><ul><li><p>Proven experience in housekeeping, cleaning or hospitality, preferably within a luxury private villa, five-star hotel, or high-end residential environment.</p></li><li><p>Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering outstanding cleanliness and presentation.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a housekeeping team.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of cleaning products, safe usage, and basic care of luxury surfaces and furnishings.</p></li><li><p>Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a high level of professionalism.</p></li><li><p>Flexible and adaptable, able to adjust tasks to meet the changing needs of residents and guests.</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills, with a polite and courteous approach to all interactions.</p></li></ul><h4></h4>
