We are seeking a dynamic and skilled People & Culture Executive specializing in Recruitment to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in attracting, assessing, and onboarding top talent to support our organization's growth and success.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (smart recruiters) to manage candidate information and streamline recruitment processes
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions
- Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to promote employer brand
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures related to recruitment
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators
- Provide Manning Reports & Control of yearly budget
- Support other HR initiatives and projects as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Understanding of current recruitment trends and social media recruiting techniques
- Experience with employer branding initiatives
- HR certification) preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
