We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all colleagues.<br></strong></p><p><strong>We are currently recruiting for :- Cleaning Operative.<br></strong></p><p><strong>“Excellerate Services currently use an online Time and Attendance system for processing shifts for payment, it is a requirement&nbsp;for applicants to have their own smart phone to use this system”</strong></p><p>If you have the ability to contribute to the team and want to help promote our Company values, are able to be friendly, polite but assertive whilst always remaining professional.</p><p><strong>Role Specifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>All round cleaning experience</p></li><li><p>To carry out all cleaning duties in line with the specification and direction given to the highest standard.</p></li><li><p>General Duties will include Dusting, Mopping, Toilets, Emptying Bins</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ensuring you follow and are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis so as to know when they are worn-out and also request for replacement</p></li><li><p>Correct management and use of materials to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse<br></p></li><li><p>Monitoring of all cleaning activities and providing any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties. <br></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>To work flexibly and as part of a team</p></li></ul><p><strong>Working Hours for a Cleaning Operative: 18</strong></p><ul><li><p>Monday - Saturday 06:30 - 09:30<br></p></li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Holiday Entitlement 20 days + 8 B/H (pro rata)</p></li><li><p>Employee Assistance Programme&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Hastee Pay App</p></li><li><p>Uniform provided</p></li><li><p>Full training given</p></li></ul><p><strong>Location:&nbsp;Earle Street, Crewe</strong></p><p>Salary Details: £&nbsp;12.21</p>
