Join us in Corporate Supply Chain as a Project Manager and play a keyrole in a newly established team dedicated to shaping project managementin our department. You’ll lead cross-functional projects that drive thefuture of our supply chain, establishing strong project managementpractices, fostering innovation, and making a meaningful difference in asupportive and dynamic setting.
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Manage cross-functional projects to ensure professional execution and delivery
- Produce short and long-term results for our organisation following an Agile mindset
- Form and lead project teams
- Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and clear communication on project milestones
- Identify risks, mitigate challenges, and ensure effective communication and collaboration across team
- Drive a culture of innovation, accountability, continuous improvement, and customer orientation across the project stakeholders
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Has an overview and understanding of supply chain processes, relevant functional inter-dependencies to orchestrate them
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience, thereof 2 years of leading cross-functional projects
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects, as well as hands-on experience with high-impact, strategic initiatives. A focus on semiconductors is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to guide cross-functional teams and deliver result
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
- Expertise in project management tools and methodologies (PRIMA, IPMA,PMI)
- Passion for digitalisation and experience implementing or improving digital tools and processes in a project management environment
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly to both technical, non-technical and C-Level stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
- Agile experience is a plus.
