We provide our nursing staff with on-the-job training and an opportunity to accelerate their career paths in a clinical leadership role. We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or RN Registered Nurse to serve as a Clinical Lead in Marion, OH and surrounding areas. Whether you're new to home care or experienced in the field, join our team and help to make a difference in the lives of others.

Position details:

Day shift with flexible scheduling opportunities!
LPN Clinical Lead starting pay from $27.00/hr with no previous experience in home care!
Drive time AND mileage reimbursement!!

Responsibilities

Conduct client assessments and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual client needs.
Assist with oversight of activities of daily living and ensure patient comfort and safety.
Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Requirements

Valid Ohio Driver’s License, required
Reliable transportation, required
Proof of auto insurance, required
Licensed Practical Nurse
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50lbs
