Your contribution to something big:
- Agile Facilitation: Support and moderate agile ceremonies for multidisciplinary teams;
- Knowledge Management: Create and maintain agile documentation, best practices, and training materials;

- Metrics & Insights: Collect, analyze, and report key agile metrics for data-driven decisions;
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest ideas, optimize processes, and explore AI for agile support.

Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Academic Background: Degree in IT, Communication, Industrial Management, Management, or related field;
- Agile Passion: Strong desire to learn Scrum, Kanban, and develop an Agile Mindset;
- Communication Aptitude: Eagerness to develop strong oral and written communication, moderation, and facilitation skills. Newsletter interest is a plus;
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (oral and written);
- Tool Interest: Eagerness to learn Jira, Confluence, Miro, PowerBI, and SharePoint.
- Personal Attributes: Proactive, critical thinker, eager to learn, dynamic team player, always seeking improvements;
- Transformation Mindset: Genuine interest in organizational agile transformation, cross-topic support, and championing agile principles.
