What is your new project?

Fast-growing InsurTech start-up building an innovative AI, Machine Learning platform aiming to change the life insurance industry. They are helping insurers to become data-driven and produce insights to inform decision-making and drive new business strategies at the corporate level.

They are seeking an Intermediate AI Engineer to join their team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI solutions. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing AI models to improve data-driven decision-making processes.

What makes you a great fit

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in AI or machine learning
• Proficiency in Python and relevant AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and machine learning techniques
• Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Your day-to-day in this position

• Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
• Conduct research to identify new AI technologies and methodologies suitable for business needs
• Optimize model performance and scalability through iterative testing and feedback
• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns
