We are hiring Restaurant Crew Members to join our Little Caesars team. Crew Members play a critical role in delivering a fast, friendly, and consistent customer experience. This position requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Successful Crew Members take pride in their work, follow procedures, and understand that quality, cleanliness, and customer service matter on every shift.

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong attendance and reliability
  • Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
  • Previous restaurant or QSR experience is a plus, but not required



Requirements

  

Customer Service

  • Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to all customers
  • Follow Little Caesars customer service standards, including front counter and phone procedures
  • Resolve basic customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed

Food Preparation & Quality

  • Prepare food products according to Little Caesars recipes, specifications, and training materials
  • Maintain consistent product quality, portioning, and presentation
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

Teamwork & Professionalism

  • Work productively as part of a team to meet daily business demands
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a respectful work environment
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates

Cleanliness & Safety

  • Clean and organize workstations, equipment, and assigned areas throughout each shift
  • Follow company safety, security, and health department guidelines
  • Practice proper food handling, personal hygiene, and workplace safety

Policy & Standards Compliance

  • Follow company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct
  • Maintain proper uniform and appearance as outlined by company guidelines
  • Complete assigned training and demonstrate willingness to learn
