Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Vascular Procedural RN to join our procedure team. This role supports all phases of patient care in our Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) and Office-Based Labs (OBLs), including pre-op, intra-procedural circulating, and PACU recovery for minimally invasive vascular interventions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced procedural environment, delivers exceptional patient care, and is excited to support a growing vascular program across multiple locations.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervises care given by nonprofessional staff and provides instruction as needed.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
- Complete pre-op assessments, patient teaching, and readiness checks.
- Circulate during vascular procedures, ensuring safety, sterile technique, and efficient workflow.
- Provide high-quality post-anesthesia and post-procedural recovery care
- Collaborate closely with physicians, scrub techs, rad techs, and support staff to ensure smooth case flow
- Assist with procedural room setup, equipment readiness, and supply coordination
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ASC/OBL compliance standards.
- Travel between designated sites as scheduled (mileage reimbursed).
Required Skills / Abilities:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- BSN required
- Two years of moderate sedation administration and recovery preferred.
- Two years of experience in Interventional Radiology or Cath Lab, preferred.
- Current license to practice nursing in the state of Texas.
- ACLS/BLS required.
- Experience in Pre-Op/PACU, CV, and ICU preferred.
- Experience in Interventional Radiology and/or Cath Lab preferred.
