Life as a Maintenance Technician:

As a Maintenance Technician with Superhost Hospitality at [Hotel], you will be a key member of the team responsible for keeping our hotel safe, functional, and comfortable for guests. Your responsibilities include:

• Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel systems and equipment.
• Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, refrigeration, boilers, fire safety systems, elevators, and pool equipment.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and team members.
• Assisting in the setup, repair, and upkeep of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
