Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team! Here at Ancon we provide industrial cleaning and other services to customers, such as refineries and power plants. We are seeking a Supervisor for the team, to lead job crews. Our Supervisors not only ensure that jobs are done right, but they are also essential in leading teams and promoting a culture where safety is a priority within the organization. This role demands a proactive individual who can demonstrate a commitment to the safety and well-being of our team and the surrounding environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to Safety.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role, including but not limited to running job crews
- 2+ years of industry-related experience (i.e. industrial cleaning services, hazardous waste clean-up, remediation services)
- in a similar supervisory role, within this field or a similar industrial field
- Working knowledge of safety and other regulatory standards, as they relate to customer sites and facilities, such as OSHA regulations, etc.
- Understanding and experience with hydroblasting and Vacuum Truck operations
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including the outdoors, heights, and confined spaces
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, especially in high-pressure situations
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Ability to pass the pre-employment steps of a background check, drug test, and physical fit test
