Total Compensation Starting at $23 an hour (Base Rate + Profit Share + Tips)


Objective: As Customer Experience Leader, you'll drive revenue while delivering exceptional customer experiences in Greenville's growing market. No experience? No problem—we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed!

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Local Revenue: Identify upselling opportunities and provide accurate on-site estimates that convert to sales
  • Navigate Greenville Metro: Safely operate trucks through Greenville neighborhoods and surrounding communities
  • Handle Diverse Removal Jobs: Perform both heavy and light lifting across varied properties
  • Be Our Local Brand Ambassador: Represent our company professionally in the growing Greenville business community
  • Mountain-Ready Workforce: Maintain safety awareness during all seasons, including hot summers and cold mountain winters

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Great Attitude: A positive mindset and eagerness to help others.
  • Age & License: 21+ years of age with a valid driver’s license.
  • Team Player: Enjoy meeting and helping people every day.
  • Goal-Oriented: Driven and motivated to achieve goals.
  • Physical Fitness: Not afraid of hard physical work and able to lift 50lbs repeatedly.
  • Effective Communicator: Clear and confident communication skills.
  • Experience: Previous customer service, driving, and general labor experience is helpful but not required.
