Description
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive adoption of our B2B-focused products, including Property Intel and our APIs. This role is ideal for a marketer who excels at moving projects forward, uses data to drive decisions and collaborates effectively across teams.
You’ll help develop and execute go-to-market plans and build our content program, working cross-functionally with teams such as Product, SEO, and Engineering to deliver effective growth initiatives from start to finish. You’re curious and interested in AI technologies and applying them to uncover insights, support data discovery, and enhance operational efficiency.
If you excel working in a dynamic environment, can adapt to a variety of responsibilities, and have a track record of delivering results, we’d like to talk!
What You’ll Do
- Develop and lead GTM plans that drive adoption of our Business, Property and API products
- Ensure messaging, positioning, and timing are consistent across channels.
- Build a content program using AI-assisted workflows to drive SEO and AI visibility and acquisition
- Execute customer research (quant + qual), including surveys, user interviews, journey analysis, and messaging tests to identify new growth levers
- Build dashboards and reporting to track channel performance, testing results, CAC, LTV, and attribution
- Own forecasting and budgeting for acquisition and funnel improvements, with a clear line-of-sight to revenue
- Drive projects forward, maintaining strong momentum and overcoming roadblocks
- Use data to identify opportunities, prioritize work, and measure results
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
- 4+ years’ experience in a combination of growth marketing, product marketing, or content marketing
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects forward and influence cross-functional teams
- Proven self-motivated bias toward high velocity action: small bets, fast learnings, compounding wins
- Demonstrated analytical mindset: able to interpret data and make informed recommendations
- Expertise in developing and managing GTM plans and content programs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Someone who is curious, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things out
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- High ownership across strategic and growing product areas
- Opportunities to shape GTM motions, not just support them
- A collaborative team environment that embraces modern tools and workflows
- Room to develop your skills across growth, content, analytics, and product marketing
