What You'll Do:

As an MERI, you’ll be the friendly face helping our members navigate their financial journeys. You'll work alongside an awesome team, learning the ropes while taking care of tasks like:

  • Processing deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments (your new superpowers ).
  • Answering questions and solving member puzzles (think of yourself as a financial detective ?).
  • Recommending products and services that make our members’ lives way easier.
  • Handling cash and making sure our vault stays secure (it’s like being a treasure keeper! ).

Plus, you’ll practice our core values every day:

Requirements

What We Require:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in customer service (bonus points if you've worked with cash).
  • The ability to communicate like a pro—both in writing and out loud.
