About the Role

Compensation: $24/hr+ total compensation, including:

  • Base hourly rate
  • Tips (paid daily)
  • Profit sharing & performance incentives
  • Overtime
  • Full-time teammates typically earn $1,200–$2,500+ per bi-weekly pay period depending on performance, schedule availability, and sales ability.

Schedule: Full-time: 4–5 shifts per week

  • 1 mandatory weekend shift
  • 3–4 weekday shifts
  • Shifts run 8–10 hours and may fall anywhere between 6:45 AM – 10:00 PM, depending on business needs
  • Must maintain availability for 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day every week

Role Overview:

As a Field Sales & Service Representative, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job. You will:

  • Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service
  • Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates
  • Remove junk safely from homes and businesses
  • Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)
  • Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance
  • No prior junk removal experience required — we train you.

Uniform Standards: Maintained anytime you’re at the office — on or off the clock:

  • Brown Belt
  • Brown Steel-Toe Boots
  • Branded Polo (Provided)
  • Branded Ball Cap or Beanie (Provided)
  • Sweatshirt (Provided)
  • Navy BLUE work pants or shorts

Company-Wide Standards (Required for All Roles):

DOT Medical Certification

  • A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles.
  • Southwind covers the full cost of obtaining your DOT Medical Certification.

Background Check & Drug Test Policy

  • Southwind reserves the right to perform these at any point if we determine the need.
