This role is essential for ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, subscriptions, and renewals. The ideal candidate will excel in leadership, understand SaaS billing models, and demonstrate a strong commitment to operational excellence. Reporting to the Director, Order Processing, you'll be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Leading and mentoring the Order Management team through reviews, training, development, and maintaining accurate documentation of processes</li> <li>Collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Legal to resolve discrepancies, generating KPI reports, and supporting audits with required documentation</li> <li>Ensuring adherence to internal policies, compliance standards, SLAs, SOX requirements, and relevant financial regulations during order processing</li> <li>Implementing best practices to enhance operations, customer experience, and process efficiency through automation</li> <li>Overseeing the order-to-cash process and ensuring 100% accuracy in managing customer orders and subscriptions</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Holding a Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting with 5+ years’ experience in Order Management, Billing, or Sales Operations in SaaS/IT companies</li> <li>Managing small teams effectively with expertise in CRM systems like Salesforce and ERP/Billing systems like NetSuite</li> <li>Demonstrating a strong understanding of recurring revenue models, subscription billing, and ASC 606 revenue recognition principles</li> </ul> <p><strong>What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in migrating or implementing a new order management system</li> <li>Familiarity with contract language and standard sales terms and conditions</li> </ul> <p>#LI-hybrid</p> <p>#LI-KM8</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p data-pm-slice="1 3 []">At Zscaler, we are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve and the customers we work with.
