Overview
Introduction
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional who can facilitate change, growth and support Managers with HR services to identify and implement solutions. You are someone with significant HR experience who can provide direction, is confident when presenting their ideas and can take initiative to source solutions. With a home base in Eight Mile Plains, you will be:

The opportunity
- Work in partnership to support, improve and retain talent in our organisation
- Leading and advising on employee relations matters, including performance issues, misconduct, grievances and investigations
- Build capability in leaders through coaching, feedback, and trusted partnership
- Supporting and leading HR projects, process improvements, and culture initiatives
- Be a Partner - we are seeking someone who can engage, provide excellent service and collaborate effectively with the wider team
About you
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience managing employee relations cases in a large or complex organisation
- Be a driven, supportive and community minded person, who wants to play a key role in supporting our teams
- Able to manage stakeholder relationships with a focus on business improvement
- Ability to influence, lead and embed change
- Strong understanding of employment law, industrial relations and HR best practice
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline
