SI-BONE developed an innovative, patented implant to fuse the SI joint. This role provides comprehensive support across G&amp;A departments, corporate reporting, financial systems, investor relations and ad hoc analyses. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, and comfortable working with data, systems, and cross-functional partners.<br>The position level will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, analytical capability, and ability to operate independently.<br>This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to build strong business acumen, partner with functional leaders, and contribute meaningful financial insights that support company decision-making.<br>In office 4 days a week.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></h3> <p><strong>G&amp;A FP&amp;A (40%)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support budgeting and forecasting for all G&amp;A departments (HR, IT, Legal, Facilities, etc.).</li> <li>Prepare monthly variance reports, headcount tracking, and departmental spend summaries.</li> <li>Partner closely with department leads to provide timely financial insights and ensure alignment to budgets.</li> <li>Collaborate with Accounting and other FP&amp;A team members during monthly close, including preparing and reviewing accruals, validating entries, and reconciling G&amp;A expenses ensuring accuracy and proper categorization.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Corporate FP&amp;A (20%)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in preparing consolidated financial reporting packages.</li> <li>Support quarterly outlook cycles and annual planning processes (Calendar, Budget/LRP, and Outlook).</li> <li>Update financial models, templates, and slide decks.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Systems &amp; Reporting (20%)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Run financial system reports and validate data accuracy.</li> <li>Maintain templates and models (input data, account creations, assumption changes, etc.)</li> <li>Assist with system enhancements, testing, and process improvements.</li> <li>Support creation of standardized reports for recurring needs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Investor Relations (10%)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide general administrative and coordination support, such as organizing documents and updating shared resources.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Ad Hoc Analysis &amp; Projects (10%)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support ad hoc requests including investment analysis, headcount analysis, and new product financial models.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.</li> <li>0–5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, FP&amp;A, or related area. (At least 5 years of experience for senior level)</li> <li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) — especially Excel (pivot tables, lookups, if statements, and basic modeling).</li> <li>Experience with financial/data visualization tools (Adaptive, QAD, PowerBI) preferred.</li> <li>Exposure to G&amp;A FP&amp;A, consolidation, month-end close processes and outlook/budget cycles preferred.</li> <li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple deadlines.</li> <li>Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Salary range:</strong>&nbsp; $85,000 - $125,000 base salary. Level and compensation will depend on experience.
