Job Position Summary

To support the Accounts & Finance department in performing daily clerical, bookkeeping, accounting and other ad-hoc tasks.


Key Roles and Responsibilities

•    Record journal entries in the books
•    Ledger Reconciliations
•    Check spreadsheets for accuracy
•    Issue invoices to customers and external partners
•    Supporting vouchers preparations and electronic filing.
•    Portage bills posting
•    Financial data extraction & compilation for presentation to clients and auditors.
•    Various other ad-hoc tasks based on requirements of the department


Job Experience and Qualifications  

•    Accounts Payable and ERP Knowledge will be considered as an advantage
•    Previous working experience will be considered as an advantage
•    Diploma in Accounting or LCCI higher certificate
•    Attention to detail
•    Strong sense of responsibilities and able to work under pressure
•    Fluent in written and spoken English
