They specialize in retail design projects, with smaller projects ranging from $20K&ndash;$50K and larger projects from $500K&ndash;$1M. In this role, you&rsquo;ll support the planning and execution of projects, acting as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, including suppliers, clients, architects, and contractors. Responsibilities</strong></p><p>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Support the PM and sales team with client communications<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, quotes, etc.&nbsp;<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Organize customer and project files in the network and ERP system<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist with drawings, verify design intent, and identify unknowns for quoting&nbsp;<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Confirm packing and shipping requirements<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Research and source materials, track supplier costs, and maintain cost histories<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Monitor production phases and provide client updates<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Review CAD drawings to prepare material take-offs&nbsp;<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Support quality control for incoming materials and finished goods<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Perform cross-functional tasks as needed</p><p><strong>Construction Project Coordinator (construction/trade/or architectural exp. req.)
