Sign Builder - Letter Fabrication

Position Summary:

The Letter Fabricator position will fabricate metals and other products into the shapes of letters, make retainers, fab background panels, post and panel type signs, and other fabricating duties deemed appropriate by management.

Requirements

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

•  High School diploma/GED
•  Ability to visualize 3 dimensional objects from 2 dimensional drawings.
•  Experience with metal fabricating machines, forming or rolling aluminum, and experience in spot welding.
•  Experience in forklift operation
•  Welding certification desirable. 
•  Work well with others and independently.
•  Ability to stand and walk in approximately a 200 ft. radius for 8-10 hours/day.
•  Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50-80lbs.
•  Ability to maintain correct postures while reaching, bending, crouching, kneeling and twisting.
•  Ability to reach horizontally across a work surface beyond 12” from the body up to full body extension.
