Requirements
We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for INDEVCO Building Products. As part of INDEVCO North America, we specialize in manufacturing innovative, high-performance building envelope solutions, including Barricade® weather-resistant barriers, roofing underlayments, structural sheathing, flashing tapes, and insulation products. Our mission is to provide sustainable, durable, and energy-efficient solutions for both residential and commercial construction. In this role, the Marketing Manager will spearhead strategic initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support revenue growth. Responsibilities include developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, managing product launches, and collaborating closely with sales, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and impact.
Job Responsibilities & Tasks
· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
· Identify target markets and customer segments within the building products industry.
· Strengthen brand positioning for Barricade® and Perma R® product lines.
· Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
· Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, email, trade shows, print).
· Manage content creation for websites, brochures, videos, and advertising.
· Conduct market research, analyze trends, and monitor competitor activity.
· Provide insights to guide product development and pricing strategies.
· Develop marketing collateral and tools to support the sales team.
· Coordinate promotional programs and lead generation initiatives.
· Track KPIs, campaign ROI, and prepare monthly performance reports.
· Organize trade shows, industry events, and dealer programs.
· Build relationships with distributors, contractors, and industry influencers.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
· 5+ years of marketing experience in building materials, construction, or related industry.
· Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and CRM tools.
· Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
· Experience with building envelope systems or construction products.
· Familiarity with code compliance and sustainability standards.
· Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.
Physical Demand.
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
