About the Role

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, this role will be responsible for creating and developing templates for our accounting and leadership teams. The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative skills, a solid understanding of financial and accounting principles, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Duties/Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to management

• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets

• Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for improvement

• Assist in financial planning and strategy development

• Evaluate investment opportunities and assess risk

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives

• Create and develop templates for financial reporting and analysis

• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to management as needed

Requirements

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills

• Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and reporting requirements

• Experience with financial software and ERP systems is a plus

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proactive, self-motivated, able to recognize issues and resolve or escalate appropriately


Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

• 2+ years of Financial Analyst or related experience

• Healthcare experience a plus

• Vena Solutions experience a plus
