What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair vehicles to manufacturer specifications with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections with high-quality workmanship
- Maintain high efficiency (100%+ productivity) and strong hours per RO (2.0+)
- Partner with Service Advisors to ensure clear communication and outstanding customer satisfaction
- Stay current with factory training and best practices
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and safety-focused shop environment
What You Bring
- Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
- 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician (dealership or independent shop)
- Factory and ASE certifications strongly preferred
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
- Pride in your craft — with attention to accuracy, efficiency, and detail
- A positive, team-first attitude and commitment to hospitality-driven service
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record:
