Position Summary:
Are you a strategic thinker who thrives in building systems from the ground up? We’re looking for a Demand Generation and Attribution Lead to own the end-to-end engine that drives qualified pipeline and revenue. This is a blank-slate opportunity to design, implement, and optimize a modern demand generation framework that delivers measurable impact.
Your mandate is simple yet challenging: create programs that work, prove they work, and scale them.
What You’ll Do
- Design and execute strategy across paid search, paid social, outbound sequences, email, website, and partner campaigns.
- Build and optimize campaigns in HubSpot and connected tools, including workflows, lead routing, and basic scoring.
- Develop a revenue attribution model that connects marketing touch points to opportunities and closed revenue.
- Create dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility into funnel performance, channel ROI, and pipeline health.
- Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to improve lead hand-off, follow-up, and feedback loops.
- Run structured experiments on messaging, offers, and channels; scale winning plays into repeatable programs.
- Own forecast and target modeling for marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline aligned to revenue goals.
- Champion data integrity across HubSpot, CRM, and other key systems.

- Strong technical proficiency with HubSpot and CRM systems.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in attribution modeling and ROI analysis.
