 Responsibilities - Internet Manager:

• Manage, track, and respond to all incoming internet-based inquiries and email leads to ensure they are followed up in a timely manner.
• Provide training and ongoing support to the business development representatives to help the team understand and achieve the dealership’s goals.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service forecasts. 
• Work closely with executives and department managers to develop appointment setting strategies. 
• Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed on competitor activity and community referral sources.
• Maintain steady communication with prospects using their preferred method—phone, email, or text.
• Cultivate strong, professional relationships with internal teams including Customer Relations and other sales groups.
• Answer customer inquiries when necessary and provide customers with clear solutions or connect them with the correct department for further support.
• Collect and analyze business metrics.
  

Requirements

Requirements - Internet Manager:

• At least 3 years of  automotive selling experience preferred
• Strong record of positive Customer Service results
• Professional appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills
• Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals
• Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow-through
• Team player with positive energy and an eagerness to improve
• Resume must be uploaded
• Valid US driver's license and good driving record
• Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
