Responsibilities - Internet Manager:
- Manage, track, and respond to all incoming internet-based inquiries and email leads to ensure they are followed up in a timely manner.
- Provide training and ongoing support to the business development representatives to help the team understand and achieve the dealership’s goals.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service forecasts.
- Work closely with executives and department managers to develop appointment setting strategies.
- Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed on competitor activity and community referral sources.
- Maintain steady communication with prospects using their preferred method—phone, email, or text.
- Cultivate strong, professional relationships with internal teams including Customer Relations and other sales groups.
- Answer customer inquiries when necessary and provide customers with clear solutions or connect them with the correct department for further support.
- Collect and analyze business metrics.
Requirements
Requirements - Internet Manager:
- At least 3 years of automotive selling experience preferred
- Strong record of positive Customer Service results
- Professional appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals
- Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow-through
- Team player with positive energy and an eagerness to improve
- Resume must be uploaded
- Valid US driver's license and good driving record
- Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
