ABOUT YOU:
Mike's Bikes is hiring friendly and enthusiastic Sales Advisors to connect with customers and share their love of cycling. We're looking for individuals who are eager to create positive experiences for our customers. This position will be located at the Mike's Bikes Store in San Jose, CA at 1180 Lincoln Ave. San Jose, CA 95125.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY JOB LOOK LIKE:
-Ask the right questions and listen. We're not just selling bikes; we're matching riders with their ideal riding experience
-Confidently close sales by demonstrating how the right bike will help customers reach their cycling goals.
-Manage and develop relationships using CRM tool
-Ring up sales, help manage inventory, and keep things running smoothly.
-Stay in touch with your customers and build lasting relationships with top-notch service and follow-up… We’ll teach you how!!

-Comfortable chatting with customers in person and on the phone
-Handy with tools and able to make small adjustments to bikes and gear
-Familiarity with Google Workspace, point of sale (POS) systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus!

HOURLY RANGE: This compensation package will be dependent on experience, qualifications, industry experience and the interview with a potential range between $19-$21/hr. plus a potential $250 bi-weekly bonus.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend and explain documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English. Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, in English.
