Position Summary:
The results-driven Customer Service Representative serves as an essential team player and delivers exceptional customer support. This role is for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready for a career with custom growth paths. Reports directly to the VP of Business Development.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Create quotes, process orders, and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Engage with customers daily to provide support and build strong relationships.
- Work directly with production teams to ensure customer needs are met accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate delays with customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with speed and professionalism.
- Manage customer portals.
Non-essential Responsibilities:

Skills and Abilities:
- Manufacturing Customer Service/Sales Support Experience.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as CNC, Swiss Machining, EDM, or Metal Stamping.
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general data entry accuracy.
Work Environment:
This position works in an office environment, in proximity to shop work environment. The employee must be cognizant of hazards, including but not limited to variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, and exposure to high heat or exposure to chemicals.
