Make a Difference Behind the Scenes

MCHC is expanding in early 2026 with the opening of our Same-Day Clinic. As part of this exciting launch, you'll play an essential role in keeping our clinic clean, safe, and ready to serve patients and staff. 

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and infection control by disinfecting surfaces, restrooms, floors, and high-touch areas while following all PPE and safety standards.
• Promote safety by responding promptly to spills, trip hazards, and facility concerns.
• Respond to staff cleaning requests with professionalism and promptness.
• Perform light maintenance and groundskeeping tasks.
• Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of patient and staff information.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in a healthcare or similar leaning role.

Preferred:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Possess a valid California Driver’s License and be insurable to drive MCHC vehicles
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare or similar cleaning role.
