<div>If you think your skills, experience and aspirations make you a good match for this position, we encourage you to apply.&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>ABOUT THE ROLE</div> <div>The successful candidate will be a high level specialist and will perform in a Project Architect role, responsible for leading the development of all technical aspects and content for large, complex projects or multiple smaller projects, coordinating work with all disciplines to ensure an integrated set of deliverables, and verifying compliance through team collaboration.&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO&nbsp;</div> <div> <ul> <li>Manage critical path process to lead project team through all technical and production aspects from initial stages of pre-design through project completion.</li> <li>Lead the regular and ongoing engagement with the Office or Project Quality Leader for general and targeted project support.</li> <li>Lead the integration and development of all technical aspects and content of the work and translate them into our instruments of service.</li> <li>Work with the Project Manager to establish and maintain realistic work and labor plans and deliverable schedules that contribute to the bottom-line financial success and satisfy contractual obligations.</li> <li>Engage in and contributes to the Project Risk Assessment process including updates. Proactively identifies, communicates, mitigates, and resolves project-related issues.</li> <li>Guide and assist Project Architects in the development of Project Quality Plans and updates to effectively manage project Quality including phase milestone reviews and project pinups/technical charettes.</li> <li>Review the development of and lead the execution of the documentation strategy for each phase drawing document deliverable through the Cartooning process.</li> <li>Work in collaboration with Project Design Lead to manage/align design aspirations with client goals, project budget, schedule and team.</li> <li>Lead the translation of the project design intent through the technical documentation and construction phases to project completion.</li> <li>Lead the integration of the project’s building performance and sustainable design goals into a holistic design solution.</li> <li>Continuously monitor project documentation and compliance with contractual obligations.</li> <li>Guide and assist Project Architects in the Life Safety, Building and Energy Code analysis and compliance process for the project.</li> <li>Lead coordination of all disciplines with the architectural design intent.</li> <li>Collaborate with the Model Manager to monitor quality of the model processes, content, and deliverables.</li> <li>Lead the alignment of the contract documentation by working closely with the Project Specification Writer, verifying Project Manual content and its coordination with the drawings.</li> <li>Lead all aspects of the Construction Administration phase responsibilities including the timely response to RFIs and submittals.</li> <li>Monitor, train and direct the work of all project team members, focusing on technical quality and process standards.</li> <li>Meets established utilization target.</li> <li>May assist Office Quality Leader with other project Quality reviews.</li> <li>Supports office Quality efforts outside of direct project commitments.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> </div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED</div> <ul> <li>Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field required.</li> <li>Minimum 10 years of related professional experience required.
