Job Description

  • Single point of contact to nominated LSPs and internal stakeholders for both import and export-related inquiries
  • Manage day-to-day logistics operations including transport scheduling, shipment tracking, time window management and deviation handling
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documentation and manage transport bookings with carriers and freight forwarders
  • Daily alignment with transport management centre for in- and outbounds
  • Ensure compliance with international customs regulations and manage import/export documentation in collaboration with our partners
  • Management of related KPIs, collections of basic data for them
  • Participation in process-improvement projects

Qualifications

  • BSc in economics, business administration, finance or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in various areas of supply chain, particularly experience in logistics coordination, transport management, returns management, supply chain operations or similar.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills, proactive mindset
  • Ability to participate effectively as part of a team
  • Process oriented thinking and structured, precise working attitude
  • Active English and Hungarian language proficiency (written and oral)
