Job Description

We’re looking for a curious, data-loving, and creative brand enthusiast to drive the growth of Zooplus’ Own Brands Food portfolio. As a Junior Brand Manager, you’ll take hands-on ownership of one or more brands - tracking performance, building insight-driven strategies, and supporting cross-functional execution that brings our brands to life. 

You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing & Sales, Product Development, and Purchasing to ensure every brand is differentiated, customer-centric, and commercially successful. 

Key Responsibilities 

Brand Execution 

  • Support the implementation of brand and marketing plans aligned with the defined strategy 

  • Assist with product launches, ensuring accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery 

  • Maintain and update marketing materials, assets, and communications in line with brand guidelines 

  • Ensure all communications and touchpoints consistently reflect the brand’s identity and positioning 

Operational & Commercial Support 

  • Support new product development initiatives, relaunches, line extensions, and innovations 

  • Track and report key commercial KPIs (sales, profitability, availability, traffic, conversion) for review with the Senior Brand Manager 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Replenishment, and other stakeholders to support brand-related projects 

  • Prepare clear, concise materials for cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and decision-making 

  • Help maintain an efficient flow of information to keep projects on track 

Insights & Learning 

  • Collect, analyse, and summarise brand, market, and customer data to inform recommendations 

  • Stay up to date with best practices in brand building, marketing execution, and commercial performance 

  • Share insights proactively to improve decision-making and brand performance 

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field 

  • Initial internship experience - ideally in product management, FMCG, retail, or pet food 

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and large datasets 

  • Curious, proactive, fast learner with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders 

  • Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus 

  • Solid skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 

  • Ability to understand customer needs and market dynamics to improve customer
