Reporting into the Head of Operations, you'll split your time between driving operational excellence and strategic work in Finance.</span></p> <p><strong>At Ledgy, you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span class="discussion-level-1 discussion-id-29922199-8b61-8016-80ad-001c6e0c9694 notion-enable-hover" data-token-index="0">Lead financial operations including forecasting and budgeting, accounting, cashflow management, and reporting</span></li> <li>Develop and monitor financial performance metrics; provide stakeholders with timely insights into trends, operational results, and growth drivers</li> <li>Own core finance operations (accounting processes, quarterly budget reviews) <ul> <li>Coordinate external accountants and drive monthly close and yearly financial audits</li> <li>Manage payments and payroll preparation</li> <li>Manage equity administration directly in Ledgy</li> </ul> </li> <li>Provide real-time visibility into the unit economics of our business and identify opportunities to improve GTM strategy</li> <li>Drive operational and financial efficiency, including evaluating our procurement processes and currency management</li> <li>Ensure compliance with financial reporting and tax laws in our core markets</li> <li>Implement process improvements to reduce operational workload across Finance and Operations</li> </ul> <p><strong>The job is a good fit if you:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Have 3-5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS startup managing Finance or experience in Big 4 financial audit with a desire to transition into the startup world</li> <li>Have a solid understanding of financial and tax reporting</li> <li>Are proficient in financial systems and accounting software</li> <li>Have experience processing multi-country payroll and payments</li> <li>Are analytical, detail-oriented and enjoy leading complex, cross-functional projects</li> <li>Have excellent verbal and written communication</li> <li>M&amp;A experience is a strong plus</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
