Bojangles @ Bluewater is currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals to fill the role of General Manager at various locations, including Charleston, SC, North Charleston, SC., Cain Bay, SC, and Ravenel


Key Responsibilities

General Managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including: 

  • Leading and Developing Teams: Hiring, training, and motivating a team of employees to provide exceptional Southern Hospitality to guests.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensuring efficient daily operations, maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and      safety, and adhering to all regulations.
  • Financial Performance: Driving sales and profitability through effective cost control, inventory management, and      strategic planning.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Cultivating a positive dining experience and resolving any customer concerns professionally and      promptly.
  • Community Engagement: Fostering external relationships, including recruitment and sales growth through catering and      digital platforms. .

Requirements

    

Qualifications


· A minimum of 3 years of management experience in the restaurant or food service industry is generally required. 


· Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. 

· Operational and Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety regulations, financial repos, and inventory management. 

· Customer Service Excellence: A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a track record of resolving guest concerns effectively. 

· Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively. 

· Problem-Solving Skills: Resourceful, creative, and adept at resolving conflicts and identifying operational gaps. 

· Availability: Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and be available to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a required 50-hour work week.

·  Physical Requirements: Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Also, able to work in a high paced environment.
