Overview

Provides supervision, coordination, staff development, and day to day management of the Clinical Research Institute. Responsible for staff selection, evaluations, coaching and recognitions. May assist with feasibility assessments and development of operational plans or goals for new clinical trials. Identifies opportunities to create efficiencies and improve compliance.
