As a Microsoft AI Business Process Solution Specialist, you will help organizations transform their business processes and technology to adapt and thrive in today’s data-driven AI Age. You will form strong relationships with C-Suite executives and Business Decision Makers among our top customers and help them solve their business challenges through long-term, consultative partnerships. You will help them achieve their business goals by bringing industry-relevant business value insights and innovative, industry-leading solutions to enable their end-to-end business transformations. You will organize and lead the entire sales process, from account planning to closing the sale. You will also be responsible for delivering the One Microsoft narrative, competitive differentiation, customer centric pitch, business value proposition and outcomes, and compelling proposals with commercial options. You will be part of a dedicated sales community supported by your adjoining account teammates and support teams.
Responsibilities
- Execute prioritized and incentivized AI Solution Plays across Sales, Service, ERP, and Low Code, driving core offerings and amplifying their value with Copilot and AI Agents.
- Meet and exceed AI Business Process revenue and account quota targets by generating qualified pipeline, landing business value, and formalizing customer agreements.
- Lead discovery sessions with a business-outcome mindset, uncovering customer priorities, success metrics, and value gaps to shape and quantify proposed solutions.
- Engage and build relationships with CxO and Business Decision Makers as an AI Business Process Transformation advisor, proactively delivering the One Microsoft and AI narratives, business-outcome presentations, high-level demos, and solution envisioning.
- Demonstrate and articulate a clear understanding of Microsoft’s competitive differentiators and unique value propositions in every engagement, leveraging competitor replacement programs.
- Initiate and orchestrate partner co-sell motions, leverage partner investments, conduct technical proof validations, and facilitate partner workshops.
- Build and deliver compelling business cases, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses, and commercial deal constructs for customers.
- Strengthen alignment with the Customer Success Unit by positioning Unified Enhanced Solutions and driving customer consumption.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, Information Security, or related field AND 4+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience.
- This role requires proficiency in written, reading, and conversational Brazilian Portuguese and English.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, Information Security, or related field AND 6+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years solution or services sales experience.
