Job Description

The Communications Assistant will support internal and external communication efforts across multiple ongoing initiatives. This role plays a key part in maintaining organizational alignment, enhancing message clarity, and ensuring the agency’s voice is consistent, polished, and effective. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality communication that strengthens relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, editing, and distribution of written communications including briefs, reports, and announcements.

  • Assist in preparing presentations, internal documents, and client-facing materials.

  • Coordinate communication workflows to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.

  • Maintain organized records, communication logs, and documentation for ongoing projects.

  • Conduct basic research to support messaging, campaign direction, or client requests.

  • Collaborate closely with senior team members to align communication standards across departments.

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of communication strategies that enhance organizational visibility.
