Job Overview: We are looking for a meticulous and strategic Planner to join our team in Holon.

The Planner will be responsible for developing and implementing effective planning strategies to ensure the efficient and timely production of our products.

This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to manage materials supply.
  • Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to align on production goals and requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on production status and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Utilize ERP and planning software to optimize production planning and scheduling.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on production performance and planning metrics.



Requirements

  • Work experience: up to two years of experience as a planner in an industrial organization
  • Education: Industrial and Management Engineer
  • Technological/technical knowledge:
  • Control of planning methods (production, inventory, etc.), process analysis and method improvement
  • Advanced Excel skills - Mandatory
  • Knowledge of project management - an advantage
  • Languages: English - high level
