Education:
・High school diploma or above

Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Japanese and English, able to handle phone conversations without issues

  • At least 3 years of practical experience in hotel reservations

  • Management experience is preferred

  • Experience using reservation systems (Opera Cloud) is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:
・Experience in the luxury hospitality market
