What will you do at SuperPlay?

  • Manage the monthly creative process, from ideation, through production, until going live.
  • Present and sell your ideas to management using a detailed marketing pitch.
  • Run a creative competitor analysis and present a quarterly insight report.
  • Make data-driven decisions in order to optimize the creative assets on a monthly basis.

Someone who has vast and demonstrated experience in Creative and concepting.

A designer that knows how to write his own copy, or a copywriter who dreams in color. 

Anyway, you must be a master of conceptual problem solving throughout 360 holistic campaigns, with banners, gifs, playable ads, 3D animations and motion graphics videos. We have it all!

From strategy through execution of the creative process, your analytical ability to understand data and constantly improve and optimize your brilliancy will make our creatives exceed marketing benchmarks. Yeah, you’re that good.


Must-Have:

  • Fluent English. Ok, not a King Charles English, but also not a Charley Va’hezi English.
  • A conceptual thinker, a marketing dreamer. Remember the client is always right, and we have millions of them…
  • 2+ years of proven experience in the creative sphere (advertising, performance industry, preferably in gaming)
  • Social beast. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook… Sorry, Meta.
  • Digital orientation. This is High-Tech Gaming. We don’t do papers. It’s all Slack, Monday, Trello, Miro, Google stuff…
  • Pitching! You know how to ignite your audience like Tony Robbins and sell your ideas with a flare like a Broadway star.
  • Numbers don’t scare you. You scare them.
